Growth

I’m spending about $5/day on Meta ads and gained 22 subscribers as of yesterday (January 7).

$43.20 spent on ads for 22 subscribers, so $1.96 per sub.

I still want to cut the cost per sub in half, but I’m satisfied with the performance so far, considering ads for this newsletter just started.

Subscriber quality has been good too (please keep opening my emails lol).

My average open rate is 58%, with a 16% click rate.

The cost per sub will improve on its own once I increase spend because Meta will have more data to learn and optimize.

Income

$0!

I’m still waiting on approval to join Sparkloop’s affiliate network.

However, Beehiiv sent me an offer for the ad at the top of today’s newsletter after I upgraded my Beehiiv plan earlier this week. Pretty cool! They pay $2 per unique click.

$100.34, almost half of which has been spent on Meta ads.
